Returns Policy

All products are made to order and cannot be returned once produced unless items prove to be damaged or defective.

 

The customer must notify www.cbstudio.art of any damages within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic documentation outlining any damages incurred. Valid damage claims will result in a replacement order at no extra cost to the Customer.
